Spring has arrived, the days are getting longer, and we’re now just about six weeks away from Memorial Day, the unofficial start of summer at the Shore.

This is the time of year when things really start to come together. Buyers who have been watching from the sidelines are beginning to step in with more clarity, summer plans are taking shape, and the overall tone of the market starts to shift from waiting to doing. There’s a great energy right now, steady and confident as we move into the heart of the season.

We’re seeing that shift firsthand, with stronger engagement and a clear sense that the market is starting to move.
