🍂 October at the Jersey Shore: A Season of Gratitude, Resilience & Continued Momentum!

October has arrived, bringing crisp autumn air, beautiful fall colors, and a refreshing change of pace to the Jersey Shore! As we trade beach days for pumpkin patches and enjoy everything this wonderful season has to offer, V2 Properties continues to move forward with exciting progress across our development portfolio.

While we always look forward to welcoming fall, this season began with some unexpected challenges for our coastal communities. Beginning September 26, 2026, a powerful coastal storm brought significant flooding and devastation to portions of Cape May County, leaving many of our neighbors facing heartbreaking property damage and difficult recovery efforts.

We are extremely grateful to report that all V2 Properties projects remained safe and sustained no major damage during the storm. We recognize how fortunate we were, particularly as so many homeowners and businesses throughout our neighboring communities experienced catastrophic damage. Our thoughts remain with everyone affected as they work toward recovery and rebuilding.

Despite the challenges Mother Nature brought our way, September was another productive month for V2 Properties, with two successful sales in Ocean City and continued progress across our development portfolio. As we enter the final quarter of 2026, we are excited to share our latest accomplishments and the opportunities ahead!

We are thrilled to have closed out September with two successful sales and look forward to carrying this momentum into the final months of 2026!
