The Super Bowl often marks the end of the football season and can coincide with a shift in focus for many people, including potential homebuyers. I am happy to report we have put our final three Philadelphia single family homes under contract. While the Philadelphia market has served as a valuable component of our investment strategy in the past, it has become evident that we have come to the end of era.

Beyond the realm of business, I am genuinely appreciative of the personal connection we've cultivated. That is why I am thrilled to share some wonderful news with all of you. On February 13, 2024, my family and I welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our lives. It is with immense joy and gratitude that I introduce you to my grandson, Vincent S. Viney III, the newest member of our family. Vincent arrived healthy and happy weighing 7.7 lbs and measuring 20.5 ins long and bringing an abundance of joy and love into our hearts. I now have 4 grandchildren and couldn't be more proud of my four children! Kim and I are truly blessed and we count our V2 Properties family as one of our many blessings!!
