Business & Project Updates

Under Contract

1116 Ocean Avenue - UNIT 3: We are pleased to share that this unit is officially under contract with a scheduled settlement date of December 5, 2025.

Building Permit Progress

321 E. Glenwood Avenue: Permit application has been submitted and is now under review.

Looking Ahead, as we transition into the holiday months, our focus remains on advancing every active project so we enter the spring selling season with strong inventory. The seasonal slowdown will not affect our forward progress. Our crews remain committed, and we expect steady momentum throughout the winter.
